Sažetak
The ESR spectra of TEMPO dissolved in lipoprotein solutions display a superposition of hydrophobic and polar component. The kinetic of TEMPO reduction in solutions with and without HDL indicates the fast spin label exchange between the polar and lipid environment.
The partition ratio derived from the simulated spectra of kinetic measurements could be used as the parameter which reflects the spatial organization of lipid monolayer.
