Sažetak
In her contribution to the book, the author analyses the institutional aspects of Croatia – EU relationship, with the focus on the forthcoming Stabilisation and Association Agreement, participation in the PHARE programme and strengthening of mutual economic cooperation. The paper takes into consideration the importance of regional cooperation for the process of EU integration. Economic cooperation is seen as a corner stone for strengthening regional cooperation and the EU preconditions are analysed within this context.
