Sažetak
Method for the water penetration depth into the phospholipid vesicles (polarity profile) was developed by pulsed EPR, ESEEM technique. It was applied to the investigation of the role of cholesterol on the domain formation in phospholipid vesicles. Interactions of phospholipid vesicles with peptides (peptidoglycan monomer, adamantyl peptides and ovalbumin) were studied by ESR, spin labeling method.
