Sažetak
The knowledge of individuals and the society is structured consciousness on lower and higher level, which then determines the level of self-consciousness. They both depend on a need towards awarness/cognition/understanding. Awarness of oneself and the world depends on learning, on development of human potential. There is no development of human potential outside the social group. Even more, as human being is natural and social phenomenon. All that individual has become, has happend thanks to the social group, the society and the world in which he/she lives and works. Biological dynamics of the development of human beeing demands/requests cultural dynamic. The culture of individuals, the society and human species is the key to the existence and development of the life on Earth. It is the milestone of interpersonal relations and international cooperation – the milestone of democratized relationships in the society and the world. Culture is more than knowledge and education.
