Sažetak
The basic knowledge acquisition principles and technigues relevant to the acquisition of data and facts indispensable for the purchasing activity in the ship construction process will be briefly illustrated in the paper. The selection of the most suitable forms and schemes of knowledge representation for the purpose of implementation into expert system will be given. Applying the AI language Turbo Prolog the software consultation module will be built on PC for illustrative purposes.
