Sažetak
The effect of silica fume, emerges as a by-product of manufacture of ferrosilicon, on resistance to sulphate attack (MgSO4 and Na2SO4) of PC- or PC+ limestone- mortars has been studied. Expansions and changes in elastic modulus of mortars as function of silica fume content have been investigated. DTA, XRD, TEM and SEM have determined phase composition and microstructure of PC-mortars exposed to sulphate corrosion.
