Sažetak
In connection with our previous studies of chiral dibenzosemibullvalenes l, we have prepared the novel regiospecifically trifluoromethyl substituted dibenzosemibullvalenes (6) and (8) (sheme). Shis compounds were sydnthesized for their phamacological evalution on antidepressive activiliecs. The stereostructure of (8) was unequivocally determined by X-ray crystalographic analysis.
