Sažetak
In order to study the magnesium oxide sintering process, examinations were carried out with different quantities of TiO2 added to magnesium oxide obtained by substoichiometric and overstoichiometric precipitation of magnesium hydroxide from seawater by dolomite lime. The content of B2O3 in samples sintered was examined as a function of the temperature of isothermal sintering, quantity of TiO2 added, and method of obtaining magnesium oxide. The results were analyzed thermodinamically.
