Sažetak
In the post-war period, the economy has switched from a planned business system into a predatory capitalism system. The rules of market ecconomy have started to work, and the conscience, attitude towards the work, business and living philosophy have not changed. The paper provides research results, how and in what way to use cadre resources and results of research organisations. The task of technical-informational centre in the period of globalisation and transition is: a production of a favorable surroundings, technologies transfer, market conquering and fight not to lose its own market. Technical-informational centre would accomplish its aim through analysing the realistic conditions, accepting good ideas (smart ideas die of lonelines), cadre training and improving of environment, and the all is creating preconditions for securing investment funds and initiating the economy in a desired intensity towards the prosperity.
