Proceedings of a conference held in Dubrovnik, September 30 - October 3 1998. The Proceedings contain 18 original scientific papers internationaly reviewed. The authors are researchers in the field of work and organizational psychology from ten countries in Central, Eastern and Western Europe, as well as from the US and Canada. The Proceedings contain four chapters covering following topics: Trasformation and organizational change, Issues of leadership and management, Issues of work motivation and attitudes, Individual perspectives and coping. 259 pages.
