Sažetak
Every living being and every existing factor in pet animal welfare and management can be presented by a special star in the sky that represents the relations in the veterinary practice, because they have their lives and their relationships in galaxies like people, plants and animals have theirs, as well as the relationships with all the factors relevant to them. This work shows veterinary views and factors known in the world, with examples from veterinary practice in this field in Croatia, especially in the city of Zagreb. It also gives a short review of basic factors in chronological order and in comparison to European viewpoints:legislature, ethical principles, veterinary practice, management and relevant education. The promotion of knowledge in veterinary profession in Croatia is done by Universitiy of Zagreb Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Croatian Veterinary Institute, Croatian Veterinary Association/Chamber, Croatian Veterinary Society 1893 and their sections and professional associations to deal with the practice.
