Sažetak
The electron impact mass spectra of some thieno[3, 2-b]- and thieno[2, 3-b]-thiophene-2-carbonylchlorides and -2- carbonylanilides are discussed. Dominant peaks in the anilides are formed by cleavage of the C-N amide bond and these ions fragment further by cleavage of CO. The fragment ion C3HS+· ; m/z 69 is characteristic of carbonylchlorides and also carbonylanilides.
