Sažetak
A novel approach for the implementation of uniform shifting networks has been described, where the basic function of shifting has been decomposed into two parts: rotation and generation of zeroes (ones). The separation of these two functions results in increased speed, overall simplicity, and modularity suitable for large-scale integration.
