Sažetak
Important change in cargo-handling in ports are not based on the improvement of the structure of port or mobile cranes only, but solutions are sought also in combining the positive properties of the two cranes. The result of this are new structures of shore-mobile cranes the incidence of which depends upon the flexibility of application and the cargo-handling effects schieved. The new contribution to the existing cargo-handling means in reflected in the mastering of the possibility of handling heavy loads, the passage of railway trucks under the base of the crane, and the free movement of the crane within the limited space of the port. In the paper the authors present an analysis of the possible structures of shore-based mobile cranes and their optimal application in the port technological cargo-handling process.
