Sažetak
The aim of the research is to analyse smoking and drinking as main factors for the occurrence of precancerous lesions and planocellular carcinoma of the oral cavity, one of the ten most reccurrent carcinoma. Research included 150 patients divided in three groups. The first group was composed of 50 patients suffering from lung cancer who were heavy smokers for a long period. The second group included 50 patients with liver cirrhosis as the consequence of protracted ethilysm. The third, control group were 50 healthy individuals. Scores were introduced-indicators for premalignant changes, smoking, drinking and eating habits. All four scores were the lowest in the control group, the lung cancer group showed the highest smoking score, and the cirrhosis group the highest score in premalignant changes, eating and drinking habits.
