Sažetak
The goal of CROLAB is to join the ANALITICAL laboratories in the Association in order to improve the quality system of each single laboratory and in order to facilitate their integration into the European market by using common resources and potentials. Evaluation of quality enables quality laboratories functioning and includes evaluation of personal qualification, method related to analyte as well as evaluation of necessary documentations. Personal qualification evaluation. Procedure of sampling and sample handling. Method development procedure. Determination of analyte procedure. Instrument handling procedure. Documenting the analytical results. Results evaluation procedure. Calibration registry. Reports registry. Method development demands the validation of method.Quality evaluation can be accomplished by internal and inter laboratory evaluation of quality. Internal evaluation of quality is conducted related ion chromatographic analysis of cations and anions in comparison to other classical analysis methods. It is convenient that the methods which has to be compared has been validated. Methods for analysis of fertilizer industry wastewater Petrokemija d.o.o. Kutina was compared: UV/VIS spectrophotometry, ion selective electrode, titrimetry, turbidimetry and ion chromatography. Conduction of inter laboratory evaluation follows after the internal quality evaluation. Inter laboratory testing requires defining the relevant parameters: Sample distributions. Analysis of samples within laboratories – methods description. Analysis results (number of replicates, standard deviation, working range, number of calibration levels. Evaluation of laboratories qualification: z – score test and join discussion of evaluation results. The capability of analysis of different water samples by ion chromatography was conducted and 23 laboratories was evaluated CROLAB set a task : technical co-operation, development method, cotributions to standardisation , co-operation with accreditation bodies, education in metrology and contact with European Commission.
