Sažetak
The paper addresses conversion of three John Deere GatorTM utility vehicles to fuel cell power. Details are provided on the fuel cell system and its operational characteristics. The results of “ real life” operation as airport ground service vehicles are presented and discussed. Although the vehicles performed satisfactorily, the areas for improvement had been identified. Currently, the vehicles are being retrofitted with new, advanced fuel cell stacks.
