Sažetak
Deformation measurements of different origin in closed environments do not enable the usage of modern GPS technology, so the usage of tilt or extensometer with continuous data flux could help to solve some of these tasks. The paper describes the construction of a two component vertical pendulum-tiltmeter provided with a digitally capacitance sensor. The instrument could be used for direct deformation measurements but is developed as an additional sensor with feedback for platform stabilisation in inertial instruments.
