Sažetak
As known from numerous investigations significant Earthquake precursors are not always detectable. Often the reasons for these phenomena are insufficient sensitivity and accuracy of the used instruments. It is pressumed that the usage of more sensitive and accurate instruments such as more sophisticated computing algorithms could determine such precursors much earlier. As the town Zagreb is located near several very active tectonic zones with active faults, a s.c. "Geodynamic test poligon Kašina" is planned. It includes geological, geophysical, seismological data collection and observations with different instruments and measuring methods.
