Sažetak
In the m. pectoralis tansversus and m. pectoralis profundus of the horses, bulls and pigs, the activity of dehydrogenases and myosin-adenosine triphosphatase vas investigated. The results concerning the metabolic and contractive characteristics of the same muscle of different animals in different living conditions showed certain difference in the muscle composition.
