Sažetak
The course of the determination of binding quality between natural box calf material and styrene-butadiene (SBR) soles, as well as between the forem material and polyurethane soles was followed when submitting these adhesion-bonded compositions to isothermal ageing in laboratory. In the first case the binding srenght was related to the addition of terpene resin into polychlorophene adhesive, and to the oil content in SBR soles. In the latter case the binding strenght was viewed through the adhesion ability of various polyurethane adhesives. By using IR and NMR spectroscopy and electronic microscopy it was possible to find out some characteristic patterns of adhesive ageing which woul be relevant to the binding strenght quality.
