Sažetak
The TEM and TER Projects in the context of all-European programs and financial institutions (PAN-E Corridors, EU-TEN, EIB, EBRD, etc.) represent promising nomenclature for traffic and economic progress in the transitional Euro-zone between the Baltic and Adriatic regions. Significant features of the state of the traffic and traffic routes in the Eastern Croatia area have been presented, as well as the guidelines for development potentials and the general progress concept. In this respect, the most important results of the TEM&TER Master Plan (2006) have been presented, as well as the goals and priorities of the new traffic-economic initiatives. We find the approach and methodology for preparing this crucial planned document, as well as conclusive directions of overall progress, particularly intriguing.
