Sažetak
In recent years a production strategy that addresses leadership, tools and infrastructure issues at the same time, has emerged. Aggressively attacking costs of quality through rigid infrastructure and carefully chosen projects, Six sigma initiatives has result with significant benefits for number of world-wide corporations. Aiming for 3, 4 ppm, Six sigma introduce and employ a systematic project-oriented methodology trough Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control (DMAIC) cycle. The paper deal with basic concepts of Six sigma strategy.
