Sažetak
In an ideal case it is assumed that the models for tokamak and stellarator plasma behaviour lead to the theory of invariant manifolds by Rastovic ( Chaos , SOlitons & Fractals , 2007 ) . But , in present state of knowledge , more realistic concept for describing L to H transitions and edge localized modes ( ELMs ) are reduction of entropy and appropriate methods .
