Sažetak
He relationship between software process and the software product is examined. In particular, direct mapping was constructed between the base practices of the SPICE model and the eleven product quality factors and characteristics of McCall's model for softwareproduct quality evaluation. It is argued that both the software process quality and software product quality should be intergrated in order to achieve the improvement of software quality. TQM model is proposed based on a two step procedure.
