Sažetak
The problem of learning in dynamic environment has been considered in this paper. The Markov chain is used as the dynamic environment. The inductive decision machine based on cyclic evaluation process of the transition from the quantitative to the qualitative information type has been used as both the learning unit and adaptive critic.
