Sažetak
The process quality profile of the SPICE model is compared with the eleven product quality factors of McCall‘ s model for software product quality evaluation. It is argued that both the software process quality and software product quality should be integrated in order to achieve the improvement of software quality. TQM model is proposed based on a two step procedure.
