Sažetak
Establishment and development of the regulation of energy-related activities in Croatia are explained. The basic goals and tasks of the regulation of energy-related activities, and organization of the Croatian Energy Regulatory Agency (CERA) as well, are shown. The authorities and competences of the CERA are accentuated. The role of the CERA in the Croatian district heating sector is considered.
