Sažetak
The characteristics of convective cell movements over the territory of Varaždin in the northwest part of Croatia have been determined on the basis of radar data. The analysis has been made especially for those stations where hail as well as for the other ones. Results show that more than 72 % of cells with hail on the ground come from western directions. The obtained results might be used in planing and supplying hail suppression stations.
