Sažetak
Composites of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) with organic molecules are very interesting for use in organic optoelectronic devices. The organic molecules can be encapsulated in the CNTs or can interact with their surface by π -stacking which creates favorable conditions for energy or charge transfer after optical excitation. In this study we investigate composites of organic molecules and single wall CNTs by absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy, resonant Raman scattering and electron paramagnetic resonance. The composites are also dissolved in bile salt micelles in water, which yields a higher spectroscopic resolution from the individually isolated CNTs.
