Sažetak
This paper presents the information management projects required for simple and fast sending and receiving of communications. It is necessary to understand the way that information is included in the communication management and how project goals affect the output. An info-system model is presented in the construction project with description of data links, information and information system, as well as the construction project management. The authors have also explained the selection of the elementary software and hardware for the design of the information system with the key issue of constituting and using the data base. The example of potential computer support to the info-system in civil engineering is also shown.
