Sažetak
The user's decision in selecting the mobile unit is based on a number of criteria this instrument should satisfy. The factors influencing the decision can be qualitative and quantitative, and each of these has a different level of importance. This paper is the result of research in which the model of selecting the mobile unit in Croatia has been developed based on the gathered data. The model is based on the analytic hierarchical process and includes six key criteria, eleven sub- criteria and five alternatives which are in more than 90% cases the choice of the users in Croatia.
