Sažetak
New brush-type HPLC chiral stationary phase (CSP-1) comprising pi-acidic N-(3, 5-dinitrobenzoyl)-D-alpha-phenylglycine chiral unit bound to quinoxaline unit of the modified  -aminopropyl silica gel via 1, 2-diaminoethane spacer was prepared by solid-phase synthesis. The column packed with CSP-1 was tested for the separation of racemates TR-1 TR-22 with various functional groups and the results are compared with those obtained by using three structurally related chiral stationary phases CSP-2 CSP-4.
