Sažetak
During the set-up or improvement of the business processes, organizations are guided by the good industrial practice which is often incorporate in firm's business technology. That happens mainly by virtues of individual effort, namely individual employee’ s knowledge, but no so much thanks to system approach on individual level liable to use all disposable knowledge sources. Nowadays are attendant models which make framework for improvement of business process management practice based on concept of business maturity development. These models contain structured, aggregated knowledge about a good (industrial) practice. These sources of knowledge provide insight in subject area connected with business technology as integrity of good business practice of certain industrial sector. Application of these models have results in improvement of business technology, as his own good business practice by which organization accomplish mission an reach business goals. Through this application the whole set of advantages can be realized, for example, creation of background for mental maps development, measurement of organizational competencies and competitiveness, assurance process capabilities necessary to accomplish strategic goals, etc. In our presentation, we will by means of some practical examples try to provide some kinds of using different models that in terminate moment could have result of business process improvement.
