Sažetak
In this paper a prototype of a flexible automatic system for assembly of a reduction gear box is presented. The flexible automatic system is consisted of an ABB IRb 2000 industrial robot, an Adept 604-s SCARA robot, a CNC milling machine and CNC turning machine. In addition it is used a multiple gripper change system with three different gripper fingers, a pneumatic screw-driver, several magazines for parts and the finished product, a vibratory feeder for screws and 4 photoelectric sensor for detection of pars and an assembled product. The reduction gear box which is automatic assembled in the flexible production system is comprised of 16 different parts. It is shown a very big flexible potential of this assembly system, which with only few modifications can assemble different products.
