Sažetak
The paper attempts to demonstrate how to manage internal evaluation within higher education. It discusses the principles of confidentiality and accessibility to data as well as deliberation and dialogue among participants. The talk highlights the role of the researcher, the aspect of reflection (learning, understanding and realising how this could lead to change), and how it directly affected the lecturer of English, reflective practitioner, evaluator and researcher as one and a single person.
