Sažetak
The building of the Shopping centre in Ulcinj with an area fo 2300 qm was heavily damaged. Elastic analyses on a complex model were done applying static and dynamic loadings. The limit capacity of certain elements was calculated. The comparison between the expected and the observed damage was done leading to some conclusions concerning the reliability and applicability of elastic analysis, applicability of the code "equivalent" static loading, the influence of infill walls and the causes of the damage to the building.
