Sažetak
This article raises questions such as to what extent it is possible to disturb teaching through reflection (and thereby promotes action research and action learning), how individuals could organize critical collaborative reflection in order to challenge assumptions and enrich approaches to development, and how reflection can be integral to social action. The paper also addresses the issue of dialogue and power, and advocates reflection that is not feedback, that is, a response to problems arising in the process of teaching.
