Sažetak
The article discusses the conflict between the roles of a researcher/insider, about personal dilemmas, the analogy between power and resistance, the complex relationship between participants and researcher/insider and the discourse between them. All these dilemmas emerged during the evaluation study undertaken within the faculty.
