Sažetak
Plant community of garrigues Erico-Rosmarinetum officinalis is a major type vegetation, mainly widespread on the middle Dalmatian islands in the Mediterranean area of southern Croatia. Inventory and evaluation of its grazing value can only be studied with the aim of changing the present situation in the near future. The executed experimental methods have established: 1. floristic composition and phytocenological belonging of the investigated components 2. primary production 3. palatability 4. their nutritive value. According to the results obtained, the investigated community showed low feeding value.
