Sažetak
The cessation of labor on the construction site, independent of the cause, will always have unfortunate results both for the investor and for the construction company. The article shows the results of long-term study and research of all the questions and points which arise due to the cessation of labor on the construction site.The following results are a rise in expenses along with the extension of the time period of construction. This study covers different steps which can be taken in order to completely avoid or moderate the unfavorable circumstances following the cessation of labor on the construction site.
