Sažetak
This paper presents machine tool adaptive control concept for preserving cutting tool durability in the sense of ensuring maximum allowed amount of tool wear rate in the predefined machining time using cutting speed as a control parameter. Additionally, it also needs to maintain the high level of machining process productivity. The proposed model is configured using Radial Basis Function neurocontroller with Modified Dynamical Neural Network filter and is analyzed using analytical tool wear model which parameters are set by the experimentally recorded data.
