Sažetak
In the article, I register various argument in favour of relativism in science: science as convention or 'form of life', political-military account of sciences, the theory ladeness of observation, indetermination of theories, accounts according to which biases and interests, social practices of publishing, financing or careers systems undercut the quest for truth. I have tried to argue in favour of A. Goldman's veritistic position concerning relativism and truth in social world, but on the basis of different argumentation: namely, I rely on R. Fumerton's stance in which relativism is not necessary incompatible with the search for the truth.
