Sažetak
Quantitative modeling of specific human interactions correlated with activities of Intelligent Transport System for Port System (ITS-PS) a specific maritime logistics industry show strong need for movement from stand alone ITS- PS solutions, through dyadic integration, to the integrated supply chains for Port System. ITS-PS in the function of Robotized Multi Terminal Port System (RMT-PS) is good example for the statement. Objective of this work is to explain the modeling concept with the Jackson networks analytical solution, which was used during the analysis of the informational service facilities of the functional characteristics of the ITS-PS for RMT-PS.
