Sažetak
Recent development in the field of control technologies imposes a new approach to the hydraulic turbine control systems. Therefore, Brodarski Institute, supported by HEP, has recently made a Study for Refurbishment of the Hydraulic Turbine Control in Croatia, in which a new approach to the modernization of the hydraulic turbine control systems has been presented. The paper reports on the necessity of redefinition of the functions which should be covered by a modern hydraulic turbine control system.
