The Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management in Opatija is the only degree- granting educational institution in Croatia that is utterly directed to the management education in tourism and hospitality industry. Regarding the importance of tourism and hospitality industry for the development of Croatian economy and its integration into update world’ s and European trends in management and education, educational process itself should be conceived to meet the needs, desires and expectations of Croatian future highly educated personnel in tourism and hospitality industry.
