Sažetak
Considering the growing importance of making sound decisions, it is of interest to examine the circumstances in which decision-making takes place, the impact exerted by certain factors on the decision process, and the role of IT implementation and decision-making models in day-to-day operations using the example of a large hotel company located in continental Croatia. Exploring the features of decision-making with regard to promoting the hotel product is of special interest to the tourist trade.
