Sažetak
The influence of the printing substrate, toner kinds and ageing on the effectiveness of paper recycling is presented in this work. The recycling process by chemical deinking consists of ink detaching from the fibers of the printing substrate, removal of ink by flotation, bleaching of fibers. The research results show that the brightness of the handsheet is decreased after processing the Xerox prints in relation to the Indigo prints. After the indigo prints disintegration made under higher voltage, the number of particles on handsheet sorted in bigger classes is increased while on Xerox, the voltage change has the insignificant influence. By indigo prints ageing on two- and three dimensional gamuts the changes in lighter-darker, red-green and yellow-blue coordinates can be noticed for offset paper. In scientific view the work contributes to explanation of the influence of ink and printing substrate on the recycling process.
