Sažetak
The main charachteristic of any mature industry is that heavly depend on well-educated and organized staff. In that respect, the shipping is not exception. The education of seafarers, particulary for middle to top-level personnel, ranges from universities and high general-purpose educational institutions to specialized, dedicated educational organisations.
