Sažetak
Serological tests, ELISA (IDEXX), CF and AGID have been performed in a paratuberculosis infected cattle herd with 203 animals. 18 animals were positive in ELISA test, betwen them all 7 animals with clinical signs. Only 3 animals were positive with AGID test (1 with clinikal signs). 11 animals were positive with CF test ( 4 with clinical signs). There was very low correlation between results of serological tests and results of skin test with johnin and M. paratuberculosis gamma interferon test (IDEXX). Fecal samples from suspicious animals were inwestigated in DNA test (IS900, IDEXX).
